At 365 Engineering & Construction Management Group our role is to safeguard the owner’s investment by acting as your advocate to bring the project to completion on time and on budget. There are many advantages to having an owner’s representative to oversee all construction details. We have decades of experience working in construction and apply our field experience to the management of the project. We also take care of all administrative aspects, including but not limited to: reviewing contracts, managing change orders, pay applications, lien waivers, insurance and close out documents.
As Owner’s Representatives, we are able to work with the design team from the inception to completion of a project. We carefully choose the most qualified Architects, Engineers and General Contractors to bring life to the owner’s vision.
If your project has been completed through design and/or pre-construction, we can jump right into the construction phase keeping the project on track and the Owner informed as an active participant.
